Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SeenThrough (“the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Nybrik Labs Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App worldwide. Where your local consumer protection laws provide you with rights that cannot be excluded by contract, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Who Can Use SeenThrough

You must be at least 18 years old to use SeenThrough. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Account Registration

To use SeenThrough, you must create an account using a valid email address or an available supported sign-in method, such as Google or Apple.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

You must notify us at support@seenthrough.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

What SeenThrough Does

SeenThrough analyzes text content you submit — including messages, conversations, images, and documents — and provides interpretive insight, detected communication patterns, and suggested replies.

This analysis is generated using artificial intelligence, including third-party AI services.

AI Analysis Disclaimer

Your Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit to SeenThrough.
• You are responsible for having the right to submit any content you paste or upload to the App, including messages involving other people or documents you may be bound by confidentiality terms around.
• Do not submit content that is illegal, infringes on others’ rights, or that you do not have permission to share.
• See our Privacy Policy for details on how submitted content is handled.

Billing and Subscriptions

SeenThrough offers optional paid subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

• Subscription prices and billing periods are displayed in the App before purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store and generally renew automatically unless cancelled according to that store’s rules.
• Payment is charged to the payment method associated with your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the applicable app store.
• Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future renewals but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period.
• Refund requests are handled according to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
• SeenThrough does not receive your full payment card details.

Subscription access is managed through RevenueCat in connection with the applicable app store.

Deleting your SeenThrough account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through the applicable store.

UK/EU Consumers

If you are a consumer in the UK or European Union, you may have statutory consumer rights relating to digital content and subscriptions, including applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights. These rights may be affected by applicable law and by your express consent to begin receiving digital services before the applicable withdrawal period ends.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SeenThrough for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, stalking, or surveillance of another person without consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the App’s underlying technology.
• Submit content designed to abuse, manipulate, or overload the App’s systems.
• Use the App to generate content intended to harass, deceive, or harm others.
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, branding, and technology within the App — including but not limited to the SeenThrough name, eye logo, design, text, and code — are owned by or licensed to Nybrik Labs Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its proprietary content except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

SeenThrough uses third-party services to provide and operate certain features. These may include:

• Anthropic — AI processing for analysis and Smart Reply. Content submitted for these features may be transmitted to Anthropic’s API for processing.
• Supabase — account authentication and application/database infrastructure.
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
• Apple App Store — app distribution and subscription billing on Apple devices.
• Google Play — app distribution and subscription billing on Android devices.
• Sentry — crash, error, and performance monitoring.

These third-party providers operate under their own terms, policies, and systems. We are not responsible for practices outside our control, and you should review the applicable third-party policies where appropriate.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nybrik Labs Limited and its creators from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Disclaimers

SeenThrough is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available or uninterrupted.
• Analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Suggested replies will produce any particular outcome.
• The App will identify every communication pattern or tactic that may be present in submitted content.

Use of any suggested reply or interpretation is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nybrik Labs Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on the App’s analysis or suggested replies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your SeenThrough account at any time through the Profile → Delete Account option in the App.

When an account is deleted, we delete the account, profile information, saved analyses, Smart Reply information stored with those analyses, and associated usage records as described in our Privacy Policy.

A limited record containing the email address associated with a deleted account and the date and time of deletion may be retained to prevent the same email address from being immediately registered again. This record currently has no defined expiration period.

Certain third-party records, including subscription-related records maintained by RevenueCat or the applicable app store, may remain subject to those providers’ own systems and policies.

Deleting your SeenThrough account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable law, or our services.

When appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the App, by email, or by updating this page.

Continued use of SeenThrough after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Consumer rights preservation: If you are a consumer located in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, or any other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you retain all rights granted to you under those laws regardless of the governing law stated above.

We encourage you to contact us first at support@seenthrough.app to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing formal legal action.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any mandatory consumer, privacy, or other legal rights available to you.
